Please find answers to frequently asked questions and our shop policies & conditions. Feel free to contact us if you have a more specific question and require further assistance.  

 

 PRIVACY:We take our customers' privacy very seriously.  We do not share customer email addresses, personal details or payment information with third parties.

 PAYMENTS: Credit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe and  PayPal.  You are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store.  Please review Stripe and PayPal's privacy policies.   We do not have access to your personal credit card details nor keep them on file.

TURNAROUND TIMES: Production turn around times and shipping vary based on brands. See individual products for respective brand production times.

Bambina di Cioccolato: Production is generally between1-5 business days. During November & December please allow up to 8 business days.  The cut off date for orders to arrive in time for Christmas is 15 December for US orders and 5 December for International orders. Orders are shipped with USPS.

 LS7: Production is 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped with USPS Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

SHIPPING OVERAGES: We offer products from vendors in various locations therefore shipping rates are fixed, However, if you are ordering more than one item from a single vendor (and will be shipped together) we are more than happy to issue a refund for accumulated fixed shipping costs.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDERS: Please note that personalized designs and orders (wholesale or retail) cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of their production (with the exception of items that are damaged or may have been damaged during shipment). If we have made a (printing) error during production it is our responsibility and corrections/replacements will be made at no charge to you. Once an order has been submitted and production begun it cannot be cancelled (in other words if you need to make a change get in touch with us ASAP as we'll do our best to sort your order). Make sure that you have entered the personalized details accurately. We are not responsible for replacing or exchanging items that have been incorrectly submitted to us. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you need to return an item please contact us immediately.  Returns are accepted within 10 days from the day merchandise is received - (contact us within 5 days of receipt).  Merchandise must be unused and in good condition in order to receive a refund (less the cost of shipping)/ credit/exchange.

Refunds/exchanges, store credits will be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise (less the original shipping charges).

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the sender. Packages must have a tracking number. COD shipments will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for lost packages.

US Return Address:contact us for the return address closest to you.

SHIPPING: Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on the item being shipped.  In addition orders placed with different brands will ship from each of their respective locations directly to the customer. Therefore you may have multiple deliveries.  Generally orders shipped within the US take between 5-10 business days for delivery (from the time the order has been processed). International delivery times vary by country. Please allow 1-3 weeks depending on your location.  Overseas shipments may be subject to duties which the buyer is responsible for.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are shipping restrictions on certain products. Please check each product for shipping restrictions. Orders to Mexico are shipped only with FedEx and require additional fees for this service.

We cannot guarantee arrival times for international shipments (due to standard delivery variations in regional postal services.)  Not all shipments can be tracked overseas - depending on their destination. Several have agreements with the US Postal Service whereby they will scan and update shipments.  See www.usps.com for details.   If you would like your package to be insured and tracked additional shipping costs apply. Please contact us for more details.

Please make sure that you have entered your current and correct shipping address at check out. If an address must be updated please let us know as soon as possible.  Once an order has been shipped it cannot be redirected.  We are not responsible for the replacement of orders that are shipped to inaccurate addresses (that are provided by buyers).

SALES TAX: Orders billed to a New York State address will be charged 8.875% sales tax.
