Return and Refund Policies
Please ensure that all details including spellings, dimensions and colors are correct when placing your order. You can return new, unopened jewelry within 30 days of delivery. There is a 30% restocking fee on all items.
If you are not happy with the jewelry that you receive or if it sustains any damage during delivery, you can make a return and have it exchanged with another one. This also applies to all mistaken shipments that you may receive. If there is an error on our part or if you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be given less shipping and handling expenses.
